Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts

Atherstone Karate Club is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts which has been created to give parents and carers peace of mind when searching for martial arts clubs suitable for children or adults in our care.

Achieving the Safeguarding Code demonstrates Atherstone Karate Club’s commitment to upholding its duty-of-care to the community and young people and recognises Atherstone Karate Club as a martial arts provider that has reached and effectively maintained excellent safeguarding standards.

The Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts was created so that parents and carers can make informed decisions when selecting a martial arts provider.

The Code shows that the club has demonstrated that they have not only reached, but also maintained excellent safeguarding standards. More information can be found by visiting:

Very welcoming, kids had loads of fun. Proper instructors and full-length lessons. Considering it’s a not for profit club with no contracts, no joining fees and no upfront costs etc this is by far the best value around.
